"Destiny's" Halloween event called "Festival of the Lost" has recently arrived and players should double time to hoard all collectible items before it ends on Nov 8. Collectors will surely enjoy collecting new items such as gears, emotes and masks.
"Festival of the Lost" also brings some exotic weapon ornaments for Bad Juju. And because it is Halloween, the iron temple, reef and tower also get a makeover in "Destiny."
Hardcore collectors know that getting all these items will entail a little bit of cash from the player's pocket. Just like "Treasure of the Lost" last year, many of the collectibles can only be purchased with actual money through the microtransaction of "Destiny."
Perhaps one of the most coveted items in "Festival of the Lost" is the Firewolf Mask. Every "Destiny" collector knows that the rarer the item, the more expensive it is. Last year, it was the flaming blue mask that players cannot wait to get their hands on to.
The good news for those who does not want to shell out some cash for these "Festival of the Lost" collectible items is Eva Levante. Her "Destiny" quests include defeating enemies in PvE and Guardians in the Crucible, completing a round of Court of Oryx or simply running a Heroic Strike. Once a player completes these tasks, they will be given a free treasure.
During "Festival of the Lost," Eva Levante will stop selling emblems to give way for the special items. After the Halloween event, her normal emblem inventory in "Destiny" will resume.
Tyra Karn also gives a free Lord Saladin mask for completing her "Festival of the Lost" quest. Some ornaments may be too tempting to acquire but they are actually added to the regular Radiant Treasure once the "Destiny" Halloween event is over.
Other sources of a unique "Festival of the Lost" vanity items are Trials of Osiris, Crucible Matches and Strike Hoards. Stay tuned to GamenGuide for more "Destiny" updates.
