A lot of "Criminal Minds" fans were disappointed when CBS unexpectedly did not air episode 4 last week. This was because the network aired the Trump versus Clinton final presidential debate during the show's timeslot instead. Viewers who were anticipating the return of Emily Prentiss (Paget Brewster) to the long running police procedural series had to wait a little bit as the show will be back this Wednesday.
The upcoming "Criminal Minds" Season 12 episode will feature a mysterious killer who has already killed seven people in the Appalachian trail which is in a remote part of Virginia according to Spoiler TV. This will be the gory case that will bring back Prentiss to the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) fold as she will help Hotch's (Thomas Gibson) former team to investigate and hunt down the serial killer.
The BAU will have to run against time in order to crack the case before the killer claims more victims. Another big problem the team faces in the "Criminal Minds" episode is if they could possibly be dealing with a monster creature.
The spoilers for the episode titled "Keeper" suggest that the serial killer will be revealed. With no known suspect, the BAU sets out on a hot pursuit on a person of interest in the featured case of the "Criminal Minds" Season 12 episode. This time, the team will be led by the comebacking Emily Prentiss instead of Aaron Hotch who had his last appearance in the series in the previous episode reports Morning Ledger.
A lot of speculations has been surrounding the "Criminal Minds" serial killer since not a single clue leading to his identity has been revealed. In the video promo for the episode, only the killer's bloody right hand is shown while being chased down by the team. Spoilers say that the killer will be beyond recognition when he is finally revealed. Aside from the big reveal on who he is, viewers are as excited to find out if the BAU is dealing with a human after all.
