Television's most watched series will be back this week with a Halloween themed episode that, based on the synopsis and preview, will surely be spooky. The "NCIS" Season 14 episode titled "Shell Game" will feature the team's investigation on a kidnapper that will unexpectedly take an unexpected turn.
In the coming "NCIS" Season 14 episode, a Petty Officer who was recently kidnapped will be able to escape her captor. But, Gibbs' team will soon be able to find a connection between the kidnapper and the victim's missing husband according to Spoiler TV.
The promo video for the new "NCIS" episode shows that the kidnapper is acting on the orders of someone. The viewers will also see the kidnapper adjusting the chains he may have used to the Petty Officer who is not out of danger yet. Her kidnapper is still out to get her.
Bishop (Emily Wickersham) then tells the traumatized Petty Officer that the NCIS team thinks that she is the kidnapper's main target. The same promo for the "NCIS" promo also teases that Quinn's (Jennifer Esposito) life is in danger.
On a lighter note, forensic genius Abby (Pauley Perrette) takes her love for knitting into a new level according to the synopsis of episode 6 of "NCIS" Season 14. She made personalized Halloween items and will give them to the new members of the team, Quinn, Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and MI Officer Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry).
Last week's episode of "NCIS" showed viewers a little more details on Quinn's backstory specially why she left fieldwork only to spend many years behind the desk. The same episode also showed the return of Reeves to the series after being promoted to series regular. He was last seen in the last two episodes of last season.
In an interview with Parade, Henry shared how his character's comeback felt like hitting the ground running after joining "NCIS" so late last season. The actor said however, that everyone made him feel welcome and made his adjustment easier. Henry also pointed out the interesting chemistry between the old and new cast members.
Reeves officially joined Gibbs' team on episode 5 of "NCIS" Season 14 after he helped Quinn and Bishop catch an MI6 officer turned weapons smuggler. New episodes of "NCIS" Season 14 air every Tuesday on CBS.
