Apple has made a tiny and disappointing update for MacBook Air. MacBook Air is also anticipated to price above $1200, new specs excluded. According to CEO Tim Cook, MacBook Air 2017 shouldn't be expected until next year.
TechnSmart shared that MacBook Air as expected to make a RAM upgrade for the 13 inch model on its standard package, but it is merely included which makes users disappointed. Users need to wait for next year or maybe late this year's update.
During the March 21, 2016 special event hosted by Apple the new MacBook Air and MacBook models were expected to be introduced. But instead Apple only introduced its new iPhone SE and iPad Pro with 9.7 in. screen.

There were a lot of questions for the new MacBook Air 2017 regarding its specs and features including its release date in UK and will MacBook Air finally gets a Retina display. However, Apple has sent invitations for a press event on Thursday, October 27 at its Cupertino headquarters Mac World reported.

Meanwhile, MacBook Air will be available in three variants, the 11 inch, 13 inch and the 15 inch screen with retina display. It is also expected to sport an Apple-pencil trackpad which is rumored that users can operate in different modes like joystick mode.
MacBook Air 2017 is set to launch October 27 during its press event according to Mac Otaraka and MacRumours except with its 11 in. variant which have not received any updates yet. Theory regarding the no show of MacBook Air unitl 2017, has been backed-up with ZDNet and claims that the new MacBook Air will make an appearance.
