Huawei Ascend Mate 9 and Mate 9 Pro manual was leaked online. The upcoming Huawei phone is reported to have a dual rear camera configuration. The Huawei Ascend Mate 9 was tipped to have a similar dual-lens with Leica Summarit-H 1:2./27 ASPH camera array which can be also found on the Huawei P9.

The Huawei Ascend Mate 9 uses one color and one monochrome sensor which will improve the dynamic ranges of the photos. The rear camera has 20 megapixel sensor and one 12 megapixel sensor. According to Android Authority, the manual also confirms that the smartphone will have a dual tone LED flash, a USB Type-C port and a microSD card slot for additional internal storage.
Both Huawei Ascend Mate 9 and Mate 9 Pro will feature a 4 times optical zoom. This goes above the 2 times zoom that is featured in the iPhone 7 Plus. The dual cameras are responsible for enabling the optical zoom-like technology to function in an ultra-compact factor.
In a report by India Today the Huawei Ascend Mate 9 will have a dual edge curved screen that has a resemblance to Samsung Galaxy Note 7. The curved screen will highly improve the QHD resolution over the flat 1080p panel. The phone is also powered by Huawei's chipset with Kirin 960 processor and an upgrade to 6GB Ram instead of the 4GB RAM.
A tweet by blogger and phone leaker, Evan Blass claims that the Huawei Ascend Mate 9 Pro will cost around $1300. However, the costumer will be guaranteed of a top-notch technology to be packed into the Pro Model.
The smaller Huawei Ascend Mate 9 is with Full HD display while the bigger version might only be released in China. The Huawei Ascent Mate 9 and Mate Pro will be released 3rd of November.
