Adam Levine was accused of domestic violence against his wife Behati Prinsloo and one-month-old daughter Dusty Rose. The allegations that were reported last week, led the authorities to investigate the case.
The disturbing news started when an unknown tipster called the Los Angeles Police Department and informed them that Adam Levine has been abusing his wife and infant daughter. The call was received by the police's Juvenile Division department and some officers were dispatched to check on the Maroon 5 frontman's home.
Hollywood Life reported that based on the tipster's story, Adam Levine hit his daughter in the face. The singer also allegedly hurt his wife Behati Prinsloo following a heated argument about their supposed separation following infidelity rumors which involve Miley Cyrus. The tipster went on to say that Levine knocked his wife down on the ground after hitting her really hard.
As a result, the police drove to the Levine family home and they were able to talk to Prinsloo. The authorities also checked the baby but she was very fine. The police did not find anything unusual, plus there was no injury or whatsoever. Apparently, both the mother and daughter are well, so LAPD concluded that the accusations are baseless and totally false.
TMZ confirmed that the news about Adam Levine being abusive is not true at all. The publication further stated that the singer's close friends told them that what happened was so unfair because Levine's status as a celebrity was used to hurt him by spreading false stories. The friends said that "The Voice" coach is clearly a victim of wicked claims.
In the end, the Adam Levine domestic violence case is officially closed and no further investigation would be carried out. This means, there was no single evidence that would point to the allegations as true facts.
