NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti is currently making a lot of noise in the tech industry these days as rumors are rife that the most powerful GPU from the company might get introduced at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show or CES in January 2017. Although NVIDIA has yet to provide the official details about the development and the release date of the upcoming graphics card, several reports have emerged suggesting that the hardware unit will headline the event through a Keynote address by Jen-Hsun Huang, the co-founder and CEO of the company.
According to a report by WCCFTech, it will be the first time NVIDIA will give a keynote address at the event, which is considered as one of the biggest electronic shows in the whole world. The affair is expected to happen in Las Vegas and considering it is the first time NVIDIA has the opportunity to join, many believe that the company will come out with a major announcement as they unveil the new NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti.
There are reports suggesting that the new NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti will be the most powerful release from the company since it launches the Titan X in August this year. Several speculations have previously surfaced saying that the upcoming graphics card will compete against the "Vega 10" high-end GPUs from AMD.
Meanwhile, according to a report by Enstarz, the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti along with MD Radeon RX 490 are the only two GPUs in the market today that have high FPS. However, industry experts are saying that NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti is definitely more powerful than the Radeon RX 490.
