Halloween month is here and as expected, some games would receive an update that features a theme that will conform to the holiday. "Clash of Clans" is one of those games that are rumored to receive a Halloween-theme update. Although Supercell hasn't confirmed anything just yet, rumors are rife that the popular MMO strategy mobile game will receive a new update very soon.
According to leaks provided by a certain Chief spAnser on Reddit, new features of "Clash of Clans" will arrive once the Halloween update will be released. According to MobiPickr, spAnser has been known to provide game leaks for a while now. It was mentioned in the tipster's report that the forthcoming update will introduce a new decoration called the BK Statue, which can be purchased for 500 gems. It was also mentioned that the Red Barbarian King and Red Archer Queen could be part of the upcoming red event.
It was also indicated that the new "Clash of Clans" Halloween update will feature a shipwreck, sprites and a shipyard. This is particularly interesting for all players since the ship in the game is usually insignificant. It might be time for Supercell to put some good use to these elements. The shipyard was recently spotted in one of the game files. One Redditor speculated that the shipyard will act as a submarine, a non-combat unit that players can send out to seek treasure or pay up gold. One also wrote that this shipyard appears to be destroyed and a player will need to build it and upgrade it first before it can be used.
Aside from the shipyard and shipwreck, the Halloween update for "Clash of Clans" will reportedly contain spooky decorations like the pumpkin. As for the release date, Supercell hasn't confirmed an exact date yet, but over the weekend, the developer tweeted that this update is coming soon. Fans will just have to stay tuned for more updates; it won't be long before Supercell announces this Halloween update.
