Avid Naruto fans have been looking forward to the new "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC titled "Road to Boruto." Latest game updates revealed the DLC's official ESRB rating, as well as a hint of the playable Mitsuki's gameplay moves.
"Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will soon introduce several gameplay features and new characters in its upcoming "Road to Boruto" DLC. Apart from an online Free Battle Mode, offline playability and a new storyline that features the adventures of Boruto, the game will also include Mitsuki in its roster of playable characters.
An announcement posted on the game's official website, confirmed Mitsuki's inclusion in the "Road to Boruto" DLC. Orochimaru's son's fighting moves was teased as an important gameplay element that made him a great Team Konohamaru member. The said character's Ninja Arts know-how will complement the team's abilities and strengths to deliver a "devastating combo" during opponent fights.
Meanwhile, previous reports have already hinted of the new character abilities that will be introduced in the upcoming "Naruto Shippuden" DLC. Similar to the game character Sarada, Boruto will also have several new moves in the "Road to Boruto" expansion pack. Aside from the said character's usual Rasengan ability, Boruto will have a new combo move and a lightning-style jutsu.
In other news, the game's official rating from the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) for its "Road to Boruto" DLC has been unveiled. The upcoming expansion pack was categorized under a "Teen Rating" but with a descriptor that warned of the game's violence and suggestive themes, Attack of the Fanboy reported.
The ESRB's rating for the soon-to-be-released "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC made mention of the game's group battles and one-on-one fight challenges. Its blood-splatter effects were also highlighted, as well as scenes that contain scantily clad characters and violent attacks.
"Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4's" upcoming DLC titled "Road to Boruto" has been scheduled for release on Feb. 23, 2017. Watch the game's trailer below:
