Expected to come by the end of this year, "Cyberpunk 2077" is believed to come with a smooth multiplayer gaming in a big city environment. The role-playing video game is expected to be a big hit on the PS4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.
CD Projekt RED's game is thought to be an open-world game where players can explore a massive city setting. Considering the game developer's success on "The Witcher 3," the gaming world expects that it will do the same with "Cyberpunk 2077."
Seamless multiplayer mode
As for the game's multiplayer mode, it is believed that players will be able to search the opponents they want to fight, copy objects and even manage they game sessions they are playing. Apart from this, the Polish developer of "Cyberpunk 2077" could also explore other alternatives of similar open-world games.
This new venture into the science fiction gaming sphere is something new for CD Projeckt RED. Unlike "The Witcher 3's" kingdoms and battlefields, "Cyberpunk 2077" will reportedly be set in the universe of "Cyberpunk 2020" which was released in 1990.
The upcoming game is expected to continue the high-tech warfare of the previous release and come up with better weaponry using robots. Though its development started way back in 2012, rumors indicate that it will come later this year for PC users. Other consoles may wait a little longer for the game.
Development team working on game
CD Projekt SVP Michal Nowakowski earlier claimed that they have divided their team for the Witcher and Cyberpunk projects. "There's a sizable team still working on [The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine], but an even more sizable team has actually been working on Cyberpunk for quite a while right now," he added.
The company executive did not give any hints on the upcoming game but fans are hoping that teasers will come out soon since it is rumored to release in the coming months. Are you excited for the coming of "Cyberpunk 2077?"
