Tiger Woods is back as the number one golfer following his win at Bay Hill over the weekend. Given the circumstances of how he fell from the number spot back in 2009, it's surprising that EA is showing Woods fighting his way through a series of tough guys alongside golfing legends Arnold Palmer and Lee Trevino to promote "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14."
In the trailer, Woods and Palmer are in what looks like an aircraft hanger when a series of gamers show up and demand their golfing trophies. The duo unleash a series of punches, kicks and throws to defeat the gamers. When a much larger antagonist arrives on the scene Lee Trevino zip lines and delivers a flurry of punches to save the duo.
Is it time to move on from Woods' past? Obviously EA, the game's developer, thinks the answer is yes.
