Fans are now all waiting for the return of "Steven Universe" Season 4. As the favorite animated TV series quickly caught the attention of the many, another web series for kids titled "Queer Kid Stuff" drew an inspiration from it.
"In my humble opinion, 'Steven Universe' is the best show on television - kid's show or not," Lindsay Amer, creator of "Queer Kid Stuff," told Huffington Post. As described, the show is the funniest, revolutionary and unique program that kids need to see. In fact, "Queer Kid Stuff" is deeply discovering the Cartoon Network series as they patiently waiting for the continuation of "Steven Universe" Season 4.
"It's also the only show for kids I've ever come across that directly depicts queer characters, has wacky adventure storylines with badass female leads, and it's on Cartoon Network," Lindsay Amer added. The showrunner added that it is hard to undermine a TV program like "Steven Universe" and she's even looking forward to see other series that have the same theme. As "Queer Kid Stuff" is known for tackling LGBT themes to the young audience, it looks like it will also be featured in "Steven Universe" Season 4.
It was recently reported that a leaked photo revealed that LGBT relationships will be seen in "Steven Universe" Season 4. It has been known that the series creator, Rebecca Sugar, is open to include same-sex romance in the animated series, thus it is quite possible that this will indeed happen.
As Cartoon Network remains mum about "Steven Universe" Season 4's release date and official storyline, fans have their own theories and assumptions of what will happen to the show. A Reddit user revealed the said snap showing Pearl beside a wedding cake that bears images of two grooms facing each other.
