While the fans of the "Hunter x Hunter" may have to wait a little bit more for the chapter 361 of its manga, followers of the TV series have something to look forward to as Naoko Takeuchi, takes over the script for the next episode.
Takeuchi is a renowned anime creator behind several successful projects, including the once popular anime "Sailor Moon", among others. She is also the wife of Yoshihiro Togashi, the illustrator and writer of the manga-turned-anime series "Hunter x Hunter".
While the chapter 361 of the manga has been stalled after Togashi's back pain has been hindering him to continue the work, the TV series seemed to air mid next year. Although no exact date has been announced as of late, at least reports have it that works are underway for the third installment of the "Hunter x Hunter" TV series.
In order to make that possible, Takeuchi had to step in and do the scripting for some new anime episodes, which will be part of the third part. As previously reported by the Game Guide, there have been enough materials needed to release a new season.
Togashi has been known for going on long hiatus after writing a few or full chapters, which could drag for years. But after the release of his HxH2011, his back pain has token the tool on his writing of the "Hunter x Hunter" chapter 361.
Thankfully, despite the stoppage of the manga, there have been enough materials to start the production for the TV series. Despite the rumored displeasure of the production studio, Viz Media, on the status of the project, the Christian Daily reported.
Now that Togashi's wife has taken over to continue the work, "Hunter x Hunter" fans have something to hold on, especially those who have been waiting for the show's season 3.
