Here’s some good news for all those BlackBerry fans currently subscribed to T-Mobile in the U.S. and waiting patiently for the arrival of BlackBerry Z10.
The BlackBerry Z10 from T-Mobile has been scheduled for a March 26 release, bringing some joy to all those who have been waiting for a BlackBerry upgrade.
Although it is to be noted that the there is no official press release to validate this new claim, but according to T-Mobile’s Help Twitter account, the launch is supposed to happen on Tuesday, March 26, which is less than a week from now.
This will come as good news alongside the fact that Z10 is among the first T-Mobile devices to support the company’s newest LTE network, and although the service will be limited to Las Vegas and Kansas City for the time being, the entire roll-out should happen in more cities soon.
Although the Z10 was announced on Jan. 30 in New York City, the U.S. market is getting it considerably later than others. The device was supposed to be immediately available for customers in the UK and Canada and was gradually released in different markets around the world. The delay in its release, reports say, was caused due to carrier testing.
“As far as the Z10 is concerned, its true that its fate rests in the hands of the U.S. market. It has done relatively well in other markets. The company says that initial response is good, but we’ll only really truly know if the Z10 has made it based on its performance in the U.S. market, a market dominated largely by Apple and Samsung,” Ubergizmo writes.
