"Pro Evolution Soccer" has really evolved in its own way, claiming its place as being one of the best soccer simulation game. Being the latest iteration in the franchise, "PES 2017" just gets better with every update, and Konami is set to roll out two of them.
"PES 2017" Updates
Game publisher has already unveiled the next two updates for "PES 2017." The upcoming updates will be available for free in the next couple of months. The first one will start rolling out at the tail end of October. It is set to improve the facial likeness for players in "PES 2017."
First Update: Photorealism, Pitch-Side Hoardings
According to a press release from Konami, the first "PES 2017" update will be able to recognize over 39 players who have performed well at the start of the season. It will also be adding realistic representations of Wissam Ben Yedder, Aymeric Laporte, Denis Suarez, Mario Lemina, and Victor Wanyama, among others. Their individual playing style would then be recreated in the game.
The first "PES 2017" update will also be introducing new pitch-side hoardings. Aside from this, there are also new official and licensed boot styles. This will be including the option to choose a variety of studs.
Second Update: 4K Resolution, Liverpool, Dortmund
The second "PES 2017" update will be arriving on November. It is primarily catered to the Sony PlayStation 4 Pro as it introduces the 4K resolution mode. This update will be coinciding with the official release of the console, as it will be launched early in November.
Additionally, key elements would also be introduced in "PES 2017" through the update. These will be highlighting the partnership between Konami and the premier teams Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund. The update will be including the Anfield stadium from Liverpool. This comes with the iconic "You'll Never Walk Alone" game chants as the players walk onto the pitch. For the Dortmund side, the Iduna Park will then be added.
