Game developer The Coalition said in a blog post that the adjustments made were done after checking on the player data and feedback.
The Elite Pack Credit in "Gears of War 4" has reportedly been cut down from 4000 to 3500, while increasing the match completion bonus credits in Versus Multiplayer. These match bonuses are said to be given, regardless if the player wins or loses. On the other hand, the victory gives more credit bonuses and XP.
However, "Gears of War 4" update is also reported to have a known bug that could display the number of 0 earned Credits from the player's match bonus. Nevertheless, the developer assured the players that the XP and match bonus credits are still provided. The Coalition further explained that the true earning is found in the Credit Wallet in the main menu, and that they are now fixing the bug in the next title update.
"Gears of War 4's" fourth entry in the mainline series was reportedly given a 7 over 10 rating. According to critics, the game draws inspiration and creativity in how it re-creates the multiplayer modes. However, the technical problems and lackluster campaign seem to destroy an otherwise exhilarating shooter game, GameSpot reported.
