Xbox One Release Date, News & Update: Winning Streak Definitely Not Comeback, But PS4 Still Leading Sales? Xbox One Bundle Available

Xbox One has reportedly outsold PS4 in the US in September, the third straight month the console emerged on top. According to reports, the Microsoft console has also outsold PS4 before, but this is the first time the current-gen console has claimed the top spot for three consecutive months.

The Xbox marketing executive Aaron Greenberg posted some messages on Twitter regarding the latest achievement using the hashtag #DontCallitAComeback. Greenberg also used other hashtags like #XboxOneS and #Momentum in another tweet. The latest win of Microsoft in September is very important due to the fact that it is the time when Sony released its slimmed-down version of PS4 for $300.

While Xbox One may be on its winning streak, reports also indicate that PS4 likely remains the leader in terms of global cumulative sales competition. In fact, Sony has reportedly sold more than 40 million system units worldwide in May, while its sales is projected to reach up to 60 million by April of 2017. On the other hand, Microsoft has a different sales figure for its console. As Xbox head Phil Spencer announced in October 2015, the sales lead by Sony was large enough that he was not sure if the company's console would ever keep up. Xbox One's momentum is expected to make Spencer change this perception, Pocket Lint reported.

Xbox One bundle from Microsoft Store, meanwhile, is reported to come with a $50 gift code and a free game.  Among the free games to choose from include "The Crew", "Watch Dogs", "Just Dance 2016" and "Just Dance: Disney Party 2.' The deal is offered on three different bundles. One is the $250 Xbox One Name Your Game Bundle with a digital download of games like "Forza Motorsport".

Xbox One two bundles, on the other hand, are the 500GB Xbox One S that cost $300 with "Minecraft" and 1TB Xbox One S that cost $350 along with "Gears of War 4" and the whole Xbox 360 "Gears of War" Collection for a limited time only, Beta News reported.
