Definitely one of the cheesiest monsters of the original Trek television series, but also one of the most beloved, is getting a modern re-hash for the upcoming Star Trek video game from Namco Bandai Games. See for yourself below.
I like how the "modern" Gorn is considerably more reptillian than their bi-pedal predecessor, and at the same time, has some nice omages to other video game saurians, like "Mortal Kombat's" Reptile for example with the whole disappearing act. I will miss the cocktail dress though...
Now, contrast what you just saw with the Gorn's orignal appearance, which is considered one of the worst fight scenes ever, complete with Gorn bear hugs, and judo chops courtesy of Kirk.
