"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" beta on PlayStation 4 has a new map called Precinct, and an additional mode called Gun Game. In previous games, the mode was only Kill Confirmed.
The Precinct map is medium in size with winding streets based in Japan. The combat area looks too good to wage war as it has grand interiors. The streets, buildings and even billboards will help players in their movements and engagements.
The Gun Game mode in "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" is not something new to the players as it has already appeared in "Black Ops." All players will have the same weapon at the start of the game. The winner will be the first player to have used all weapons available.
The first weekend of "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" beta was extended for 24 hours to give more time for the players to explore the new features. Game developers were also given more chance to stress test the system and servers.
During the weekend, gamers who tried the "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" beta complained of matchmaking issues. One player reported that he has to wait for 15 minutes or longer to be matched in a game. But according to Activision, they have collected enormous data so they can provide the highest quality of the matching process.
To make sure that game developers have enough insights on the game and for players to have a sneak peek, there will be another round of beta for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare." It will start from Oct 21 to 24 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
