Hangar 13's "Mafia 3" turned out to be one of this year's most highly anticipated games, given its unique spin on mob fighting. The amazing soundtrack is a plus too, as well as the ton of cool swag that they've tossed into the Collector's Edition of the game. The latest news to come out, however, is that the studio has finally released the first update for PlayStation 4.
Hangar 13 took to Twitter to share a quick note on the "Mafia 3" update or PlayStation 4, saying that they have released the first update that addresses stability on the particular console. The team also promised that they continue to work on more updates and that they would disclose more details soon.

According to PlayStation Lifestyle, the first "Mafia 3" update for PlayStation 4 is just a hotfix. For those who are wondering if they will release an update for Xbox One, Hangar 13 said that they are currently working on updates for all platforms and promised to deliver more details soon.
In other "Mafia 3" news, gamers would be glad to know that Hangar 13 is currently working on a free and paid DLC coming soon. The free DLC will feature races, even more vehicle customization, as well as golden weapons pack that is arriving on November 7. Hangar 13 is also set to release a paid DLC that will feature three additional stories.
The "Mafia 3" paid DLC will include "Faster, Baby!" a story that lets gamers enjoy zooming cars in dramatic chases and stunt driving. Gamers will find Lincoln team up with his ex, Roxy Laveau to bring down a corrupt Sheriff. "Sign of the Times" will find Lincoln hunting down a cult as per Father James' orders, and for "Stones Unturned," Lincoln is tasked to team up with John Donovan to defeat a rival mob.
