According to Hello Magazine, as reported by CDL, Kate Middleton and Prince William are really having a hard time raising their kids well since they are so busy doing several charity works and other Royal duties. Insiders say that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are really fraught to get back Prince George and Princess Charlotte back to their normal schedule.
