"Friday the 13th: The Game" developer and publisher Gun Media hosted the Q & A panel during the Scarefest 2016. In the same event, the company discussed details about the upcoming game, including the game features that are expected to amaze the fans.
While hosting the "Friday the 13th: The Game" Q & A, Gun Media revealed some features of the upcoming slasher series. According to reports, each of the character will have different music. This means that if the player plays with a jock, or even with a geek, both characters will have different music. Also, the players get the chance to select from the different seven Jasons.
"Friday the 13th: The Game's" Jason is reported to run, depending on which Mr. Voorhees the players they select. If a non-Zombie Jason, in Parts 2 and 3, is chosen, the players are enabled to run. In addition, Pamela Voorhees and Momma Voorhees are reportedly in their head as they play as Jason. However, she will provide encouraging words, instead of stories, when the kills are over.

Meanwhile, a "Friday the 13th: The Game" video playthrough that features the virtual cabin in the game has been released. As expected the fans are going to be thrilled to find out that the game is filled with easter eggs from the history of the slasher series. The game, which is a third-person horror, survival game, allows the players take on the character of either a teen counsellor or Jason Voorhees.
"Friday the 13th: The Game" is rumored to be launched in October, and can be pre-ordered though the game's official website. The pre-order will also come with the soundtrack CD, an art book, and a Machete Steelcase Collector's Edition, Dread Central reported.
