Given that, the initial court trial happened last month, with Bunte editors maintaining their stand that the report being questioned was provided by a tip from a highly credible source.
Schumacher's family lawyer, Felix Damm, reportedly repeated the earlyier statement of Kehm during the court proceedings in September, denying that Schumacher can walk. The verdict is believed to be given later this month. However, the judge reportedly hinted that there would be a cash payment from Bunte for at least 40,000 Euros, to be given to Schumacher's family, Aussie Network News reported.
