It looks like fans are still going to see Superman in the coming "Supergirl" Season 2 Episode 2. In the next episode's official synopsis shared by Comic Book Movie, CADMUS, the government that's against superheroes, is going to hit the National City with a villain that is powered by a kryptonite. This surely affects Supergirl that makes her seriously hurt.
Superman will blame Hank Henshaw (David Harewood) as the kryptonite is obtained from the newly introduced Department of Extranormal Operations (DEO) headquarters. Also in "Supergirl" Season 2 Episode 2, Kara's first day of her new work as a reporter at CatGo didn't turn out good as she is welcomed by her new boss, Snapper Carr (Ian Gomez). She will be handed over by Cat Grant (Calista Flockhart) to her new superior.
Writers Make A Lampshading? New Season Changes To A Much Better Series!
Meanwhile, Digital Spy noted that "Supergirl" Season 2's writers made a lampshading or deal with the plot development blatantly for making Kara used vivid surrounding in the show's first episode scenes. "The DEO has several facilities," Hank Henshaw (David Harewood) said.
