G-Dragon is arguably one of the most influential artists in K-pop, if not the whole world. His style has garnered him fans outside Korea, even grabbing the attention of fashion legend, Karl Lagerfeld. Being a fashion icon for over a decade, it is only fitting for G-Dragon to release his very own clothing line. Now that he finally launched PEACEMINUSONE, the line shockingly received more hate than love.
BIGBANG G-Dragon PEACEMINUSONE clothing line drew mixed reactions from netizens
Recently, G-Dragon (Kwon Ji-yong) released his own clothing line called PEACEMINUSONE. However, according to ALLKpop, G-Dragon clothing line met with criticisms because of its unusual laundry label which netizens deemed as "misogynistic." Apparently, the laundry label of G-Dragon's PEACEMINUSONE clothes reads, "DO NOT LAUNDRY, DO NOT BLEACH, DO NOT IRON, DRY IN SHADE...BLAH BLAH...F*** IT, JUST GIVE IT TO YOUR MOTHER." While some may not find the negative aspect of this statement, many were unhappy about it.

Fans and critics were debating about what kind of message is G-Dragon putting out there. Many felt like G-Dragon's PEACEMINUSONE laundry label gave an impression that women should be the ones to do household chores. Although that thought is quite harsh, some pointed out the positive side of its meaning.
G-dragon fans defended the BIGBANG leader saying that the laundry label only meant that women can do a better job than men. However you see it, G-Dragon's PEACEMINUSONE clothing line is getting extra publicity from all these good and bad comments.
