Sharon's plan may succeed since Patty herself wants to get out from the detention facility that held her for a while now. Coincidentally, only Sharon could help her so it appears that Patty will go along with the plan.
"The Young and the Restless" episodes for this week reveals that Sharon is nervous and doing all that she can so that people, especially Dylan, will not discover the truth that Sully is actually Christian - Nick and Sage's son. Now, she needs to move fast before the secret gets out.
The first thing that she did was to convince Patty that she can escape by secretly hitching on the prison's service van. Sharon wants Patty to believe that this plan would work but in reality, she has a hidden agenda.
Through her supposed escape plan, Sharon wants the officers to think that Patty had gone crazy. In that way, she will be brought to a mental facility and locked down in solitary confinement. Once this happens, then there is no way that Patty will bother her ever again, and her secrets will be safe.
However, "The Young and the Restless" spoilers suggest that Sharon's plan will not work so she has no choice but to think up of something else. Her plan B is to flee Genoa City with baby Sully. She deduced that this is the only option left for her is she would like to keep him with her.
Sharon asked Mariah for help so she can carry out her new plan. But instead of agreeing to it, Mariah told her mother that the easiest way to solve all the mess was to come clean and confess to Dylan. Then again, Sharon is still worried so she has no intention of revealing the truth to her partner.
To sum up this week's "The Young and the Restless," Patty was not able to run away as her brother Paul suddenly visits the detention. Sharon told Mariah her secrets and asked for her help so she can implement her sinister plans. The question now is, will Mariah be able to protect her mother from all the troubles?
