"Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 is all geared up for a big blast on its much-awaited comeback on the CW network. Spinning off from precursor series, the show will bring an entirely different storyline on its premiere on October 13.
Legends of Tomorrow", Season 2 will depict the collaboration of Sara (Caity Lotz) from The Arrow and Firestrom (Franz Drameh/Victor Garber) from The Flash. Additionally, Season 2 will bring in a meeting of a star-studded cast in the history of superhero legends to include Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller).
"Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 will continue to track the adventure of the time-traveller Rip Hunter, according IMDB. Hunter will recruit both villains and heroes in their time traveling adventures to the future.

The goal is not only to save the earth from the threats of catastrophic destruction in "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2. A major objective is to guard time against Vandal Savage and the damage-causing Time Masters.
