Fans received the saddest news of their lives when NBC announced the cancellation of their favorite "Hannibal" TV series. However, they are not yet losing their hopes as all doors are still open for the coming of "Hannibal" Season 4.
Writer Hints The Coming Of 'Hannibal' Season 4
"Hannibal" has brought a full three-season and a quite satisfying finale, but it looks like its creator Bryan Fuller still has something to give to continue its story. In a press release of the show's co-writer Nick Antosca for his new program "Channel Zero," he was asked if there would be a chance that "Hannibal" Season 4 will come.
"I can't speak in detail, but I have heard conversations about what a fourth season would be," he told HitFix. "And I know that Bryan has a very clear and kind of brilliant idea of what he would do on another season."
Creator Already Has A Story, Pre-Production Date For 'Hannibal' Season 4?
Bryan Fuller, on the other hand, told Collider before that they would talk about "Hannibal" Season 4 coming August 2017. The 47-year-old screenwriter explained that this would be the time that they will scrutinize the rights of the characters, the plot, who's going to join the show and how to get it done. In fact, the television producer revealed that he already has a story in mind and his casts are now excited about it, but they will only proceed if anyone wants to go with it.
Bustle reported that there are no concrete details yet for the coming "Hannibal" Season 4 from Bryan Fuller and his team. If truth be told, the showrunner has a lot on his plate right now, with "American Gods" and the coming "Star Trek" TV series, which he needs to finish first before he jumps to another project. But the fact that the executive producer continuously expresses his interest in doing "Hannibal" Season 4, there is a big chance that it will return on the small screen -- and it's just a matter of when it actually come.
