Remember when everyone was absolutely secretive about the upcoming "Wolverine 3"? In just a matter of days, Hugh Jackman confirmed the film's not-so-surprising title and somehow confirmed the debut of comic book character X-23. However, "Logan" could feature more than just a young Laura Kinney. Is Ryan Reynolds set for a cameo as Deadpool as well?
Hugh Jackman Shares Awesome 'Wolverine 3' Poster, Confirms 'Logan' Will Feature Young X-23! Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool Cameo Happening?
Let's face it: "Wolverine 3" is simply not a catchy title. That's why fans were excited (but not really surprised) when Hugh Jackman shared the film's poster, which reveals the official title (via Facebook). "Logan" will undoubtedly touch on the storyline of Mark Millar's comic book series "Old Man Logan", where Wolverine eventually takes care of The Hulk's son. However, it looks like the movie will replace Bruce Banner Jr. with Wolverine's own young clone X-23.
The Wrap has shared some new details about "Wolverine 3", confirming that the older mutant becomes the mentor of a little girl "who has two claws instead of three". Although the report does not reveal whether Hugh Jackman's new costar also has one adamantium claw in each foot, fans immediately rejoiced at the idea that she sounds a lot like X-23. Laura Kinney has long been rumored to appear alongside Wolverine in the film. However, it looks like she won't be the only other mutant who will be a part of "Logan" next year.
