NBA 2016-17 Season Latest News & Update: LeBron James to Retire Soon; Chris Bosh to Sign with Cavaliers?

LeBron James is contemplating on retirement and worst case may be after 2016-17 NBA season. King James' reign may end sooner than everybody expects and he may hang his number 23 jersey in Ohio.

This article may be bad or good news depending on anyone's perception. But the fact can't be discounted that LeBron James may be one of the best basketball player to grace the star-studded NBA. He earned it - the happy retirement with bank full of cold dollars that 99 percent of mere mortals may never earn in a lifetime. It is product of countless hours honing his skills in the hard court.

According to The Gamer's Drop, LeBron James is readying himself against the potential graceful exit. After all, great players like Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett and oh, Kobe Bryant left the arena with fans gasping in amazement. So will Paul Pierce, Dirk Nowitzki and Vince Carter to exit the spotlight soon. Who are next in the queueing line - Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh and James.

LeBron James personal commented on his imminent retirement although he did not give any schedule yet. Most of aficionados guessing the date peg at late 2017 or early 2018. Though predictions are depending on which side a basketball fan is. James said that the truth about retirement shouldn't be taken for granted though.

Meanwhile, LeBron James gave some insights about the fate of his friend and former teammate Chris Bosh. Bosh was, for lack of better term - "ditched" by Miami Heat. Bosh failed to fully recover from blood clotting issues. James slammed his former team for their decision to let Bosh go, Morning Ledger reported.

LeBron James did not provide any specifics nor comments about possibility of Cleveland Cavaliers signing Bosh. If there is dint of truth about Bosh contract with the Cavs, fans can expect confirmation or denial within next week. Although because 2016-17 NBA season is set to start in Oct 25, last minute changes on team rosters may be improbable at this point.
