It looks like things are about to be different in the return of "Arrow" Season 5. Oliver Queen (Stephan Amell) will feel the weight of all of his responsibilities as the city's mayor and as the Green Arrow. Although Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) is ready to move on from the things of the past, Oliver remains in denial.
'Arrow' Season 5 Will Be All About Oliver's Legacy?
The executive producer Wendy Mericle told TVGuide that Oliver is still hoping that things will go back to normal in "Arrow" Season 5. "He's going to be looking back at what he's done and what he's accomplished and he's assessing that," the TV writer explained. "Arrow" Season 5 would be about Oliver's analyzation about everything he is doing as a leader and as a hero.
"But he's also looking forward to think about, 'What is my legacy going to be? Is it going to be the legacy of a hero or the legacy of a murderer?" Wendy Mericle added. The producer revealed that Oliver is trying his best to be as responsible as he can in "Arrow" Season 5. Oliver, too, is thinking if he is effectively creating a legacy as the mayor or as a Green Arrow.
