After the highly anticipated introduction of Apple's iPhone 7 series, comes the real deal; performance, stability and endurance. Apparently, the device failed on the last test. Recent news revealed that, an apparent iPhone 7 device exploded.

But unlike with the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 wherein, the company knew exactly how their devices exploded, the iPhone 7 has a mystery that came with the package. Apparently, the device, an iPhone 7 Plus exploded during transit. A redditor by the name "kroopthesnoop" posted on reddit, the exact, baffling iPhone 7 Plus that apparently exploded, straight from the box. Imagine the disappointment and the shock when the owner received the item.

The Redditor subtly claims "Something happened between the factory and delivery." UPS delivered the the item and somehow, during all these issues about the iPhone 7 Plus that exploded, Apple and UPS will have to make an investigation and make a statement to address the issue.

The images, which you can view on the BGR website looked like, there was no way the phone could have made it to the owner intact. The obvious mark of an iPhone 7 Plus that exploded is written all over the it.

Previously, Samsung's Galaxy Note 7 dominated the tech news when the device's battery caused the item to explode. Since then, Samsung announced that they have ceased selling the model and asked customers to stop buying from retailers.
