While on their private flight from France to US last September 14 Brad Pitt was alleged of abusing one of his kids though it was not specified of who among his six kids experienced the abuse.
The most golden couple were married for many years together were now breaking up with each other. Angelina Jolie filed for divorce last week September 19 due to the incident of child abuse. According to the Los Angeles divorce attorney Fahi Takesh Hallin of Harris Ginsberg, the divorce included some parental issues as well.
USA Today noted that there is no confirmation yet if Brad is under investigation with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. But, the rumors have spreaded like wild fire and it is projected that the kids are heavily affected by the rising issue.
AHollywood divorce attorney Laura Wasser has been handpicked by Jolie. She would represent Jolie in the court along with the other legal battles set against Pitt regarding joint legal custody as per US Weekly.

Right now Jolie indicated on her petition for a full custody with the kids for the sake of the health of the family. While Pitt still has three weeks' time to file for his response regarding the case.
As of the moment, Brad had just recently finished his new film titled "Voyage of Time. Moreover, rumors of Pitt evading everyone to focus on family has also surfaced. It remains unsettled as to how the divorce issue would unfold. However, it is irrefutable that the kids are the ones that battles the separation and that is what Angelina Jolie aims on preventing from occuring.
