"Narcos" season 3 is ready for some drug cartel action. The series continues to document the life of Colombian druglords after the death of Pablo Escobar. "Narcos" season 3 just released a fresh teaser showing the stark reality that people involved in drug cartels are facing.
The "Narcos" season 3 latest teaser starts off with Paquita la del Barrio singing a controversial song with totally explicit lyrics dedicated to Pablo Escobar. The song's piercing message manages to get through the other drug lords shooing them away from the hub.
Paquita la del Barrio referred to Escobar as "the mustached fatso" who is a filthy rat, a crawling animal and a scum of life in general. She then dramatically tears down a poster with Pablo's face on it and stomps it down on the floor for good measure. "Narcos" season 3 spoilers say that the drug cartels may have a difficult time as the civilians are getting more vigilant.
By the end of "Narcos" season 3 promotional video, Paquita is seen approaching one of the tables in the bar and has a very meaningful eye contact with Gilberto Rodriguez Orejuela. This only solidifies the fan theories and speculations that Orejuela will play a pivotal role in "Narcos" season 3.
Aside from Gilberto Rodriguez Orijuela, the Cali Cartel will also be one of the highlights in "Narcos" season 3. The sketchy life of the drug godfathers will also be highlighted in "Narcos" season 3. The said Narco-godfathers include Helmer Herrera, Miguel Rodriguez and Jose Santacruz-Londono.
In an interview with Vulture, executive producer of "Narcos" season 3 shared that the upcoming season will not be as violent and bloody as its predecessors. However, "Narcos" season 3 will reportedly be more on the investigation and back story of the different drug lords in Colombia.
"Narcos" season 3 is considered to be one of the controversial series on Netflix because although it is fictional, the world knows that Colombian drug cartels exist in real life.
