"Orange is The New Black" Season 5 is almost here. Also, the viewers are expecting "Orange is The New Black" Season 5 to come with a lot of surprises in the story of its characters.
From where it left off, "Orange is The New Black" indeed has a number of questions to answer. The last season of "Orange is the New Black" was a pack of 13 episodes that made fans deal with many backstories, dramas, and intrigues.
According to Christian Daily, "Orange is The New Black" Season 5 is seemingly not a "friendly" season for Dayanara "Daya" Diaz; Daya is portrayed by Dascha Polanco. This is for the reason that Daya is speculated to hit rock bottom as she will most likely be sent to the SHU (Security Housing Unit).
Will Daya be pulling the trigger? This is maybe one of the questions that haunt the viewers because of a cliffhanger from "Orange is The New Black" Season 4. It can be recalled from the previous episode that Daya was pointing a gun at Correctional Officer Thomas Humphrey, starred by Michael Torpey.
The cliffhanger leads to the viewers' speculation that Daya will be sent to the SHU. They said that Daya will be in the said isolation ward to face the consequences should she really be shooting Thomas Humphrey.
Following the speculation that Daya will be sent to the SHU, is the rumour that Correctional Officer Bennett, portrayed by Matt McGorry is returning to "Orange is The New Black" Season 5. Movie Pilot claims that Bennett's return will apparently happen.
Fans surely know that Bennett is Daya's lover who got her pregnant. Is his coming back to "Orange is The New Black" Season 5 entails a rekindled love between him and Daya? But firstly, will he be the one to save Daya from her confinement?
The questions better be answered clearly in the upcoming season. "Orange is The New Black" Season 5 is set to premiere in June of 2017.
