Contrary to the news that "Red Dead Redemption 2" might not come to fruition, the second installment of the award winning 2010 video seems closer than it seems. A recent report broke out the "Red Dead Redemption 2" is already on its testing stage of development.
'Red Dead Redemption 2' To Be Announced After 'Mafia 3?'
Rumors are spreading online that Rockstar Games is planning to reveal "Red Dead Redemption 2" right after the release of "Mafia 3." "Mafia 3's" release date will be October 7 of this year, so it would not be that far until we can confirm if these rumors are true regarding the reveal of "Red Dead Redemption 2."
The said reason as why Rockstar Games would announce "Red Dead Redemption 2" after "Mafia 3" is because they don't want to steal the spotlight out their sister company developer 2K Games. As we all know Rockstar Games and 2K Games are both under the Take-Two Interactive brand, so it's just a smart business move to have both titles not battle for attention.
