Fans of "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" would be happy to know that the first of two DLC story pieces for the game has been released. Square Enix and Eidos Montreal has released the first DLC "System Rift" for the cyberpunk-themed action role-playing stealth video game set in 2029.
The "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" first DLC "System Rift" was first announced in August, Gamespot reports. It finds gamers in Prague, where a character from the "Deus Ex: Human Revolution" is reintroduced. This character is Francis Pritchard, who is the friend of "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" protagonist, Adam Jensen.
According to VG24/7, Frank calls on Adam in "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" first DLC "System Rift" to help him uncover the secrets behind the Santeau Group. Frank targets the highly secure Palisade Blade, and needs Adam's help to carry out the mission.
"Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" first DLC "System Rift" will feature new collaborations between the two. Lead writer Avi Winkler shared in the PlayStation Blog that fans should also expect to meet ShadowChild, a character from "Breach," the new game mode in "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided."
In the first DLC "System Rift" for "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided," fans will also be able to penetrate the Blade facility of the Palisade Bank Corporation in order to uncover secrets and details about the bank's founders. Gamers will begin searching in the plaza, where hidden routes and items will be found.
The "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" first DLC "System Rift" has been released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC with a price tag of $10. For those who have the $30 season pass, it should come free alongside "A Crimininal Past" DLC that will be released in the beginning of 2017.
