This year's Photokina saw the arrival of an array of new cameras, including the highly anticipated Canon 5D Mark IV. The latest Canon 5D Mark IV boasts of 4K capabilities and awesome new features in a lighter body. Canon's successor to their mirrorless line, the EOS M5, also downsized for the new iteration, but has DLSR capabilities that are excellent.

According to News Shooter, the new Canon EOS M5 mirrorless camera features great autofocus options that enables users to easily pinpoint the focus of an image through the LCD on the back of the camera. It also has a built-in EVF, which is great for obtaining a focus on an image.

Engadget likens the new Canon EOS M5 mirrorless camera to another of the brand's more famous releases, the Canon 80D. The new Canon EOS M5 mirrorless camera is powered by the Digic 7 processor, and features the Dual Pixel CMOS autofocus that offers users a smooth way to keep track of moving subjects when shooting video. It also has a 7fps continuous shooting, Bluetooth capabilities, and NFC and WiFi for pairing with other devices, such as the user's smartphone.

The new Canon EOS M5 mirrorless camera includes a 3.2-inch touchscreen with a high-res electronic viewfinder for easier navigation and control. What's great about it is that looks and feels like a smaller, handier DSLR with amazing capabilities.

The new Canon EOS M5 mirrorless camera will be available in November and will have a $980 price tag without the lens.
