The "Xbox One Backwards Compatibility" list keeps growing, despite the inconsistencies in releasing new titles. This week however, the Major Nelson announced the arrival of "Word Puzzle" in the Microsoft feature.
Meanwhile, Xbox head, Phil Spencer teased that there are more upcoming Xbox One Backwards Compatibility titles to his liking. When a fan asked him on twitter why they are starting to see less big names in the feature, Spencer replied "Just the order things come out of testing. We have some I've really been looking forward to coming soon."
Aside from that, no other detail was given, including some hints on the titles that will arrive soon. Meanwhile, Gamespot listed the top five most requested games in the Xbox One Backwards Compatibility list, and they include "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim," "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2," "Call of Duty: Black Ops II," "Call of Duty: Modern warfare 3" and "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare."
Some of the games that are confirmed for the Xbox One Backwards Compatibility list include "Skate 3," "BioShock," "Bioshock 2" and "BioShock Infinite." As for the top five most requested games, there is no guarantee that they will ever arrive on the Xbox One backwards compatibility list, but as of now, they are still the most voted titles for the Microsoft feature.
Looking closely on how the Xbox One Backwards Compatibility evolved, July seemed to be one of its biggest months, when it featured the "Red Dead Redemption" as the newest title. The past few weeks, brought little interest in the backwards compatibility list. This is because, the Microsoft feature has not featured any interesting title on the list.
