Graema Manson teased that a "new branch of contemporary science" will be seen in "Orphan Black" Season 5. "We're looking at pro longevity and life extension, which is a very interesting and topical science right now," he told TVLine. However, he quite rejects the idea of having new clones, but as Jordan Gavaris explained it, there might be an appearance of the never-before-seen genetic copies.
Tatiana Maslany Teases Different Ends Coming
Moreover, in "Orphan Black" Season 5, fans will the end of Sarah, Alison and Cosima's, all portrayed by Tatiana Maslany, stories. It looks like the season finale will have a few happy endings and some unhappy ones. In fact, the 30-year-old lead star hinted that they are all going to meet their different ends. "Some of them might not be happy, and some of them might be a little tragic," she said, as per TVGuide.

Fans might have a hard to time to say goodbye to their favorite clones, but it may be even harder for Tatiana Maslany to bid farewell to her several characters. In a Q&A, the Canadian actress revealed that she will miss the role of Helena or Allison the most. She explained that the latter gives her the ability to do weird stuff that might also be seen in "Orphan Black" Season 5.
In portraying Helena, Tatiana Maslany said that the character allows her to act like an animal and do things that she can't do in real life. She went to explain that as an actress, she found it funny to make a mess at times and surprise people in what she can do. "Orphan Black" Season 5 is set to return in 2017 on BBC America.
