Until now fans are still baffled as to why "Limitless" Season 2 was never given a chance. A lot of "Limitless" fans have been left disappointed after CBS dropped the show. To make things worse, fans were given hope when "Limitless" Season 2 was shopped to Netflix and Amazon, but unfortunately the said outlets didn't see any potential to pick "Limitless" Season 2 up. "Limitless" Season 2 fans have been flooding the comment sections of GameNGuide articles, sharing their support for the show and their frustration of the cancellation as well.
One "Limitless" Season 2 fan shared her dismay in one of GameNGuide articles writing, "Agree good show mix of drama and humor. A lot better than some of the junk on tv. Like 2 broke girls, total crap." The frustration of the fan is understandable since their favorite show, "Limitless," was not picked up for a 2nd season while '2 Broke Girls' is now on its 6th.
"Limitless" Season 2 fans have been so desperate to know what else they can do for the show to be picked up. So when GameNGuide first shared an online petition site for "Limitless" Season 2 to be renewed, fans immediately signed up to show their support. The petition site started with just 3,000, but after we promoted the site, the goal has now moved up to 30,000 signatures. There are currently 25,544 supporters who signed the petition for "Limitless" Season 2 to be renewed.
Earlier this year CBS released a statement that all of its first-year shows will be given second-season offer. With "Supergirl" being renewed at The CW, many "Limitless" fans were hoping that the show will have that same chance as well.
