Although "Limitless" fans are clearly disappointed that the show was not renewed by CBS and Netflix is not picking "Limitless" Season 2 up, they are still hoping for the best. "Limitless" fans are still holding on to the idea that there is still a lot to be tackled in "Limitless" that there is still a chance for "Limitless" Season 2.
One "Limitless" Season 2 fan shared her dismay for the show's cancellation and that no other outlets are picking "Limitless" Season 2 up. "I loved this show!! With all the "junk" that is on, why did they not renew this really good show," the "Limitless" Season 2 fan wrote in one of GameNGuide articles. "My husband & I never missed an episode, & were VERY disappointed when we heard that it was cancelled!!"
"Limitless" Season 2 fans have been so desperate to know what else they can do for the show to be picked up. They have been flooding the comment section of all the GameNGuide articles, sharing their disappointment and frustrations. Not only that, when GameNGuide first shared a an online petition site for "Limitless" Season 2 to be renewed, the site started with just 3,000 signatures. After we promoted the site, the goal has now moved up to 25,000 signatures and there are currently 24,153 supporters who signed the petition for "Limitless" Season 2 to be renewed.
Earlier this year CBS released a statement that all of its first-year shows will be given second-season offer. With "Supergirl" being renewed at The CW, many "Limitless" fans were hoping that the show will have that same chance as well. But, no.
