And can she help Dean Winchester and Castiel save Sam from Lady Antonia Bevell?
'Supernatural' Season 12 Promo Teases Mary Winchester As A Hunter, Sam Winchester Being Tortured
Fans finally got a glimpse at what to expect in "Supernatural" Season 12 with an action-packed promo that showed a few glimpses at Mary Winchester. Although she was already seen packing an angel dagger in the first photos from the new season, the teaser shows Mary insisting that finding Sam is the most important thing. But is it possible that Mama Winchester knows something about the Men of Letters for her to be desperate to get her younger son back? Does she have a past with the mysterious order that has once been connected to her husband John Winchester?
Here's the deal: John Winchester is a Men of Letters legacy while Mary Winchester comes from a family of hunters. However, it is not confirmed whether John and Mary were aware of the Men of Letters. Nevertheless, it is possible that Mary may have known about the order and what they might do to Sam Winchester in "Supernatural" Season 12.
The "Supernatural" Season 12 promo also finds Dean Winchester reunited with Castiel, who was last seen being cast out of the Men of Letters bunker by Lady Antonia Bevell. But do they have what it takes to find Sam Winchester and save him from the order that intends to torture him? Or will they need Mary Winchester's help to locate the missing Sam?
"Supernatural" Season 12 will air on The CW on October 13. In the meantime, enjoy some funny outtakes starring Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, Mark Sheppard and Ruth Connell.
