"Pokemon Go" has finally announced the craved Buddy System that was talked about by many followers of the Pokemon franchise. Despite the excitement, there are some conditions to take note of when a player looks to make the best out of the said system.

As some may know, the "Pokemon Go" Buddy System not only allows players to find enjoyment with their coveted creatures, but also provides them with the necessary commodities for their further growth. Some may not also be aware that candies can be obtained from walking these Pokemon, but only at a certain extent.

According to I Digital Times, "Pokemon Go" players are to put into account that different Pokemon take different amounts of time and effort to generate vital candies for evolution and increasing the CP. A certain list that went viral online suggests that there is a distance to cover before candies start appearing, such as the more common types.

To achieve candy for the likes of Caterpie, Weedle, Pidgey, Rattata, Spearow, Pikachu, Clefairy, Jigglypuff, Zubat, Geodude and Magikarp along with their evolutions, a 1 kilometer mark is set. "Pokemon Go" players will most likely not have too much problem with such distance.

As per Polygon, the fitness goal of "Pokemon Go" further instills when other creatures have a higher percentage of requiring the players to walk. Other Pokemon can take up to 3 kilometers per candy, whereas there are some that require up to 5 kilometers.

The 5 kilometer requirement category for candies in "Pokemon Go" is mostly comprised of Pokemon that do not have baby Pokemon or evolutions in the existing versions. These are the likes of Chansey, Mr. Mime, Scyther, Jynx, Magmar, Pinsir, Lapras, Tangela and for the most part, Eevee and its current evolutions.

No exact date yet has been revealed for the release of the "Pokemon Go" Buddy System update. Stay posted for further news on this expected update.
