Few audiences projected that Onion kept the morph jewels in his house and changed them to be his amigos. In a post from Game & Guide, the company has affirmed that the upcoming instalment of "Steven Universe" will be "Onion Gang."
According to Reddit There are various speculations and forums from audiences that include another dilemma for Steven. If the avid followers of "Steven Universe's" speculations are correct, then it will not be the very prime thing that onion has been shambling with the gems.

In a recap on "Steven Universe" Onion Trade season one Onion was able to have a handful of gem artefact that doubled any object of his preference. Onion then settled to overflow the whole seaside with tons of dallies and the Crystal Gems had much hazard than they ever imagined.
It is inevitable on "Steven Universe" that Steven is having a hard time being with Onion due to Onion's affection towards Steven. This was confirmed during the airing of "Steven Universe: Onion Friend" instalment as Onion expressed much of his private things to Steven.
If it is confirmed that Onion can actually talk with the Gems, then it is possible to save the gems. Currently, Steven and Peridot are able to persuade the Gems to settle themselves on a bubble. But if they could only talk with the few other gems, then there is a strong possibility of rehabilitating the spoiled gems.
