Things are getting clearer, for "Grey's Anatomy Season 13" premiere this September. According to recent spoilers, despite the brand new episodes tackling the life stories of the Grey Sloan doctors; fans will also witness a one of a kind portrayal of everyday family issues.
The latest on "Grey's Anatomy Season 13" spoilers reveal, how domestic violence will affect Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo's (Camilla Luddington) relationship. The new season of the show will slowly unfold the life of Jo and how she had run away from her abusive husband.
Creator Shonda Rhimes admitted in an interview, she never thought about tackling domestic violence, least of all, make it an issue on "Grey's Anatomy." However, she felt, it's time to tell the story of Jo and how her relationship with Alex got complicated.
According to EW, the story of Alex and Jo is part of the show's episodic showing of its original cast members. Chambers expressed his thoughts over Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo) involvement to this day. But what really amazed him, is the fact that at least four original characters are still involved in the show.
Meanwhile, IBT reported how, Patrick Dempsey who plays the role of Derek in "Grey's Anatomy" opens up about leaving the show. He revealed, he stayed longer than he intended, the he thought at the time, it was the perfect time to go. Dempsey considered the timing was perfect and move on to the next project.
"I think after a certain period of time, no matter how much money you make, you want control out of your own schedule." he said. "Grey's Anatomy Season 13" is moving at a lightning speed and in less than a couple of weeks, fans will get to see what happened to lives of the characters after the show's hiatus.
"Grey's Anatomy Season 13" will premiere on Thursday, September 22 on the ABC channel.
