The love triangle involving Peyton (Aly Michalka), Ravi (Rahul Kohli) and Blaine (David Anders) in "iZombie" has been one of the interesting storylines of the series. Who ends up with who in "iZombie" Season 3 remains to be seen but recently at San Diego Comic-Con, Michalka was able to share what she thinks about the triangle and who she wants her character to end up together.
Speaking to Showbiz Junkies, the actress confirmed that "iZombie" Season 3 will explore more on that love triangle and that her character will once again be put in a situation where she needs to make an important decision. As what Michalka had explained in the interview, Peyton realizes that she wants to end up with Blaine. She went on to describe Blaine as a fascinating character that Peyton just cannot resist. Also, Blaine is the bad boy type that she digs. However, in her heart, she knows that Ravi weighs more because they had that friendship bond and that they get along really well. Michalka may have admitted that she is rooting for Team Ravi, but it's still a secret as to who her character will really choose in the end.
While Peyton may need to make a decision to choose between the two guys, her best friend, Liv (Rose McIver) on the other hand, may want to take a break from dating. Speaking to reporters at San Diego Comic-Con (via FanBolt), the Australian actress implied that Liv and her ex-fiance Major (Robert Buckley) might need to stay friends for a while in "iZombie" Season 3. Her love life has not been that pleasant as it can be recalled that she already had two boyfriends that were killed. As how she put it in the interview, "every time she falls in love, something goes wrong."
Despite the romance problems Liv had encountered in the past seasons, McIver admitted that she wants her character and Major to eventually end up together. Watch out for Liv's and Peyton's love stories unfold in "iZombie" Season 3. The series is set for a midseason premiere but The CW has yet to announce an official air date.
