According to TVGuide, Sam Heughan is seen standing in front of his makeup artist while the woman is putting fake blood on her face. This is to make the 36-year-old star look beaten and crushed after the battle of Culloden in "Outlander" Season 3. In a short clip obtained by Entertainment Weekly, the Scottish actor is welcoming everyone on the set of their production. He greeted all his fans and said that he was about to film the Battle of Culloden.
Jamie, Claire's Love Will Be Tested?
In the return of "Outlander" Season 3, it looks like fans are about to see the aftermath of Battle of Culloden after Claire (Caitriona Balfe) left. Claire and Jamie, too, will try to live their lives together again following her return to 1948 to bring up their kid. However, the couple will face a number of conflicts before they reunite that will test their love for each other.
Sam Heughan Praises David Berry
Meanwhile, International Business Times reported that Sam Heughan teased the coming of "a great cast" in "Outlander" Season 3. In fact, he revealed that his scenes with David Berry, who will play the role of Lord John Grey, are very outstanding. Grey and Jamie will be together in the same prison in "Outlander" Season 3.
David Berry, on the other hand, has the same feelings when he shared a snap on his Instagram page. "Awesome cast and crew. I feel so lucky to be a part of this," he said in a lengthy caption of his selfie. Fans can expect Grey and Jamie to be together for a long while in "Outlander" Season 3. Starz has yet to announce the coming of "Outlander" Season 3, but it is expected to be out in 2017.
