"Pokemon Go" has become quite the awesome title that many have grown to love. With it, some of the tricky things discovered may be taking its toll from the players who opt for a more unconventional method.
One of these said attributes include the Eevee evolution trick that seemingly worked for quite a while. Being one of the more recognized creatures in "Pokemon Go," Eevee has three staple evolutions from the first generation and was discovered to have some control over which Pokemon can be summoned.
According to Mobile and Apps, the "Pokemon Go" trick starts with naming an owner's Eevee after the Eevee Brothers seen from the original "Pokemon" show. By naming the Eevee with either Pyro, Sparky or Rainer, the evolution could turn out as either Flareon, Jolteon or Vaporean despite the random setting made for it.
For the existing version, as per Slash Gear, the aforementioned trick ceased to work consistently compared to being used first. It is now affirmed that "Pokemon Go" players will only be able to use the trick three times, one for each of the Eevee evolutions.
Making things more interesting is how the other two evolutions of Eevee will be included in "Pokemon Go." Umbreon and Espeon which appeared in the second generation are said to soon take part within the augmented reality title.
To spawn the said Pokemon, "Pokemon Go" will use the same method wherein the time of day determines which evolution is to surface. If players evolve their Eevee at night, it will turn out as an Umbreon and Espeon in the morning.
One more known speculation is that the buddy system being a valuable factor in the friendship levels for the Eevee owners. After a consistent amount of traveling, the friendship levels will increase, but is still only a rumor for the time being.
