As nothing official has been announced for "Girl Meets World" Season 4, fans can only hope for the best. The good thing is season 3 is in the bag for the Disney teen sitcom.
Rowan Blanchard herself has no idea about the fate of "Girl Meets World" Season 4. She said that she, and the rest of the cast, is keeping their fingers crossed for some positive news.
Some speculations are going around that the cast has already matured in their role and are now inappropriate for the story. It is reported that the "Girl Meets World" Season 4, if pushed through, will be aired on Freeform cable network. The channel is catering to audiences aged 14 to 34 years old. Here, if the story actually revolves into a more mature plot, the show runners will have no problem with the audience.
On the other hand, if producers think that the cast has finally outgrown their characters in "Girl Meets World" Season 4, perhaps they can have a new set of younger stars. In an interview with She Knows, Blanchard reveals that they want to continue their story. The adventure that the girls experience in Abigail Adams High School seemed realistic at their age.
Blanchard continues to say that girls have to fit in to different molds so they can be accepted in the society. Girls like Maya and Riley in "Girl Meets World" Season 4 actually exists and she hopes that their stories can also help others cope with cultural differences and bullying challenges.
When the show went on break for a couple of weeks, speculations strengthen that "Girl Meets World" Season 4 is already cancelled. Fans are asking why show runners would put the coming of age episodes on hold. However, iTech Post reports Sept 16 marks the day when we can watch episode 13 "Girl Meets the Great Lady of New York."
